Pretty alright
I chose this apartment mainly because of its location. It is walkable distance from downtown and midtown if you don’t mind a longer stroll. It’s also right along the river or at least very close to it. I enjoy being so close to the freeway as well. It makes commute times much better. I also love the style of these units, however the pics show their bigger units which are the ones that are never available. The other ones are newly renovated but are significantly smaller and don’t have in unit... laundry. Overall they do keep up with the property enough. They pick up dog poop every Sunday and trash comes twice a week. All neighbors seem friendly and are relatively quiet. Everyone is respectful to each other and management is also nice. The only bad thing I would say is the maintenance is horrible. Our kitchen breaker will go out and our fridge is off, microwave won’t work and they won’t come fix it until at least 24 hours. We have also been waiting for an electrician for almost a month now and haven’t even heard back from management about it. They do usually come and fix things eventually but you have to basically bombard them with messages. Overall, I recommend. Very affordable rent for the area as well. I love that utilities are included and parking is simple and free
