Park Place Apartments

Absolutely horrible! In the short time I lived there I witnessed 2 cars left on bricks after the rims were stolen! The laundry room is filthy and overpriced. No surveillance cameras, which would have been helpful when my car was stolen from the parking lot. When I complained about the rats in my unit the manager told me they don’t handle that and I should set up traps. The thing is the rodents travel through all the units using an outdated floor heater. Worst part is.. when you move out they... make up things that need to be “repaired” so they can keep your deposit. I was charged an entire new stove when I hardly even used it! I know the price is cheap comparing to other places but save yourself the hassle and live elsewhere! Read More
