Dont move here

Multiple different property management companies have came and gone. The complex has trash all over the place. The dumpster are either blocking you in your parking stall or blocking the visibility to see around the corner. Laundry mat has homeless people using it with tenants. If you don't have kids FYI this is almost considered a family housing complex not for single non disturbing people. Walls and floors are thin.

Costumer service

I had a great experience during my visit. Jovana greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed right away. The tour of the unit was thorough, and she was very detailed in explaining everything making sure I had all the information I needed. She took the time to answer questions and made a whole process easy to understand. If anyone has any questions or is looking for assistance don't hesitate to ask for her she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Don't Move Here

I've been a tenant for 2 years and there's still some problems. Some of my requests to fix a couple of appliances were never met. If you're looking to move to a place that has a laundromat setup, look elsewhere. They haven't done a thing about it for over 2 years.

Not a place you want your kids.

If you want to wake up step outside and see children throwing up Gang signs this is the place to be. If you want to wash your laundry in the vandalized washing rooms feel free. If you want your car stolen twice in the first couple months this is also the place to be. If you love living in the hood with the reminder of gun shots and sirens this is the place to be. I lived here for a year and just moved out. Best choice I made there was leaving.

Past resident

Been fighting with this place to get my deposit back after moving out over a month ago. Been playing phone tag for about 2 weeks trying to actually reach a real person. Also tried calling multiple times only to have office staff "answer" phone and hang up in seconds to end my call (yes it was during business hours, and different times through out day). HIGHLY unprofessional. Was told once that I would receive a call back with information on my deposit the following day, that never happened. If… you feel like throwing away money on a deposit you might not see again, then this is the place for you.
