Best DOGGONE place to live in Sparks

Pet friendly, new dog run, lots of places to walk nearby, Great Basin Brewery has outdoor dinning with dogs welcome & Pinon Pine Beer allows dogs on the patio- both just a block away, different directions.... The office keeps dog treats! Jessica knows every tenant, both human and canine by name! When I SPEAK she listens!

This place is fantastic!

I love SquareOne!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and anytime I have had a question or maintenance need, it is taken care of way sooner than I'm usually told it will be. This is the first apartment complex I've wanted to stay with past my first lease, and I'm actually upgrading to a bigger place (Studio to 2x2, yay!)
Highly recommend SquareOne, Jessica does a fantastic job managing the place and is always nice and friendly and happy to help.

Horrible management, good aesthetic first impression, horrible lasting one though.

This place leaves a good first impression, but a bad lasting one. The staff could careless about notifying neighbors, even after asking multiple times over the past year. The building is rundown, and has many issues. They just reply with oops, I didn’t know it would effect you. They could careless about their residents happiness after you sign the lease agreement.

Gonna miss it

I've been here for almost 2 years and I'm gonna miss it when I leave next month! It's been a blast having Reno's biggest events right across the street, bars, a luxury theater next door and the fact that it keeps getting better is making it hard to leave--Toby Keith is playing across the street in June but I'll be outta here! :( My favorite qualities have to be the tall ceilings, the friends I've made while watching sports in the lobby, and always getting a warm greeting from the property... manager Jessica. I will admit things were a little rocky my first year here, but ever since they got a new maintenance guy that shows up, and a property manager that makes sure of it, things have been excellent.
