Great experience with Ashley I had such an awesome experience right out the gate with Ashley. She was very helpful and made me feel right at home. I went to a few other apartment complex’s after having a tour with Ashley and can honestly say none of them gave me that same experience so I knew my choice was right when choosing The Trails! Today was my first day in my apartment and so far so good. I lived here 10 years ago and loved it then too!

Review My experience with The Trails at Pioneer Meadows has been great. I have lived here for 4 months and they keep up on the landscaping and the overall appearance of the community. The leading staff has been friendly since move in.

Living at the Trails I have been living here for quite a few years now overall I'm satisfied it's a nice community the maintenance staff is terrific very professional.. being a senior I sure wish they would have some apartments dedicated to those over 65 at a lower rate since most of us live on Social Security and is getting a little hard to pay this high rent. The only other thing I know the windows in my apartment are not double pane or if they were they're not anymore because I sure hear a... lot of the outside traffic noise into the wee hours of the morning..
Overall it's a good place to live and location.ion
