I’ve lived here for a little over two months, and this is my objective, honest review.

The Staff vs. The Complex: The staff is great, the complex is NOT! Don’t confuse the two.

The Parking Nightmare: There is simply not enough parking. There are literally more apartments than parking spots.

The "Garages" aren’t true garages; only very small cars might fit.

Extreme Noise (Trains & Highway): It is incredibly loud. Beyond highway traffic, there are two bustling train tracks right behind the… complex. Because of a small dirt hiking path nearby, trains are legally required to honk their horns four times every single time they pass. It vibrates the apartment and startles me awake at 12:00 AM, 2:00 AM, and 3:00 AM. This is a major rail line, not a rare occurrence. This happens throughout each day and night. I can’t emphasize this enough - this is exhausting.

Paper-Thin Walls & Neighbors: You will hear everything. My neighbors aren't even being rude; the construction is just horribly cheap. I can clearly hear my neighbor yawn when he wakes up, snore at night, use the sink, and have normal human conversations. You will be listening to your neighbors' entire daily routines, whether you want to or not. It’s just indignant and unfortunate. The floors squeak so badly that I have to tiptoe just to avoid disturbing my downstairs neighbors. I even feel inconsiderate that my coffee maker has a bean grinder; I’m absolutely sure they hear it each morning. I may switch to a Mr. Coffee. You will hear nearly every move the people around you make.

Cheap Construction: Every aspect of this community was designed to maximize density while minimizing cost. The appliances (so loud), windows, doors, and hardware are the absolute lowest bid. It seems that there was very little thought given to tenant quality of life. The rates they charge assume a high-quality experience, but honestly, the reality is so far beyond just marketing fluff. It is entirely unjustified.

The Bottom Line:
This place is marketed as a high-quality, luxury complex. It’s not. It is crowded, cramped, loud, and incredibly frustrating. Frankly, I am sad to be stuck here, but also sad for all of the other people here who are now stuck in a long-term lease, enduring a severely stressful experience every darn day.

Pro-Tip: Swing by after 7:00 PM. Look at the sea of cars and trucks parked blocks away on the side of the road because they can't find a spot. Read More

Unorganized I’ve been here two months, ladies at the office are extremely nice however there is no one actually getting things done. They ran out of entrance keys so I cannot use any facilities (gym, pool, walking gates) let alone get to my mail and packages unless the office is open. I have had packages sent back as my hours available to pick items back are not the same as when they are in office. Additional delays on getting a mailbox key, 3 weeks after moving in. At move in my lease was… created last minute despite having signed for the apartment 2 months prior, then they had the wrong address for their own property so I had to sign again two weeks later and got harassed when this took me a day to get to. Facilities rocks it Steven has been doing an incredible job and goes above and beyond for the residents here.

Valet Trash Service This service is not useful, they only pick up Monday-Thursday, most trash is taken out on the weekends so I end up walking to the dumpster anyway, as I don't have enough trash to utilize the service
