Unorganized I’ve been here two months, ladies at the office are extremely nice however there is no one actually getting things done. They ran out of entrance keys so I cannot use any facilities (gym, pool, walking gates) let alone get to my mail and packages unless the office is open. I have had packages sent back as my hours available to pick items back are not the same as when they are in office. Additional delays on getting a mailbox key, 3 weeks after moving in. At move in my lease was... created last minute despite having signed for the apartment 2 months prior, then they had the wrong address for their own property so I had to sign again two weeks later and got harassed when this took me a day to get to. Trying to get a garage, parking is in possible if you arrive after 8 pm. Just doesn’t seem like anyone is taking ownership to actually get things done.
