Hilltop Apartments

Poor construction converting the school to apartments. My utilities bill was 3x what it should be. After investigating, turns out I am paying. For heating and lighting the shared hallway. The apartment has 2 breaker boxes and it’s been verified that multiple breakers are not going to my apartment. The owners offered a 30 credit. It’s an absolute shame.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had things in our apartment that needed fixed that were never fixed. The ceiling tiles are water stained. Our heat went out over the winter and we were without heat for 3 days while they were trying to fix it as cheap as possible. Even the poor guy who was contracted out to fix it felt bad. While we were living there I only know of one instance of the apartment manager, Nicki, walking into our apartment. The cameras that they advertise do not... work. And the one of two doors is broken. The windows are huge and heavy and you’re unable to open most of them. There is a long laundry list of things that need to be fixed are are continually being ignored. And speaking to anyone is a hassle. Especially if you’re repeatedly getting hung up on. I would never recommend anyone living here. Oh yeah, There’s also bed bugs. Read More
