Beautiful new build!

This apartment building is a great option for those who want a brand new build. I toured this past weekend and not only were the apartments filled with nice finishes/appliances and a ton of natural light, but the owner walked us through explaining all the details and what it would be like to live there, making it a super comfortable experience. I definitely recommend this building for anyone wanting to live downtown and in an untouched, new apartment!

Beautiful finishes, generous size units and exceptional natural light

I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the new construction. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into both the design and the finishes.

The finishes are beautiful and modern. The kitchens especially stand out, with high-quality cabinetry, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances that really elevate the space. The bathrooms feel clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed as well.

One of the biggest surprises was the generous unit sizes. The layouts are functional and spacious, with... well-proportioned bedrooms and comfortable living areas that don’t feel cramped. Storage is also better than expected for a new building.

The natural light throughout the apartments is exceptional. Large windows bring in great sunlight, making the spaces feel open and airy throughout the day.
