We continue to love our apartment and the location. The team has made noticeable efforts to foster a sense of community, organizing events, which we truly appreciate.
However, communication around operational matters still needs improvement. For example, we received no notice when exterior window cleaning was done the second time. This makes it difficult to prepare, especially for pet owners.
Another ongoing issue is garbage collection. There are weeks when dumpsters remain overflowing for... days, creating an unpleasant experience as we come and go. For a complex marketed as "luxury," this is disappointing.
Internet reliability has also become a concern. Recently, we've experienced outages lasting hours, which is especially disruptive for those working remotely. Again, the lack of communication or updates during these outages adds to the frustration.
We’re happy living here, but better communication from the staff would make a big difference
