Good and bad with our experience. Some issues seem to have been resolved, such as the mailroom lockers finally being operational and the entry system now up and running. The problem is, the frustration felt while these things were down. The mailroom was a disaster. Plain and simple. It took months to get it working. The key fobs suddenly not working, limiting access and the back and forth to the office to try and get a working one. It gets very frustrating with the amount of money being... paid. Now, keep in mind that many of the issues may be directly related to the vendor and outside of the Lofts control. Even if this is the case, prompt communication would help. We often hear about the issues after the fact instead of upfront. We do still enjoy the apartment, but are looking around to see what else is available. For "luxury" apartments, it is not feeling like it, sadly.
