Verified Renter
We pay exorbitant rents for a building that supposedly includes a lot of amenities but then the amenities have been out for a long time. The indoor pool has been unusable for about a year and the the printer in the business center has almost never worked over the last year. If amenities are going to be out for so long, you HAVE TO decrease the rent. The call boxes don't work (and I have needed them in emergencies) and most of the entrance doors to the building are never locked. And the paint... of the lines that delineate the parking spaces are mostly invisible. But you call this a "luxury building."
