There is too muc disconnect between the front office people and the residents. Emails don't always get replied to. That AI thingie is making the disconnect worse. The front office people do not seem to value the residents as people.
When the indoors pool hasn't operated properly for 9 months now, we should be given a discount on the rent for all these months.
The parking spots lines are hard to see in many areas of the garage. It would help to repaint them.
The water is being shut off... too often and the announced intervals are too long.
