Each apartment has a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, private patio or terrace, and dishwasher. All residences are FIOS and cable ready. Amityville rent for life!

Though this apartment building is old, its a nice one. One you can be comfortable in, also its walking distance to many fast food places & grocery which is a plus..i think! Its really an apartment complex for seniors, but others can rent and most seniors are friendly.
