Slum even for Amsterdam
Be prudent in researching this complex & owner before investing money! Appliances break without repair for long periods of time making it difficult to cook & clean properly.
I feel uncomfortable with the micro-management & response to valid safety concerns raised. The owner yelled at me "JUST MOVE OUT! I'M A BUSY MAN!!"
Pictures are encouraged with complaints by tenants to allow penalty fees & hasty evictions instead of mediations.
