Community Manor Apartments II

Plenty of tenant activity when you come in to sign lease because no one sees a manager any other time. Located on the bus line which is great and just under a mile walk to the circle in town for the quickie mart, library, gym, etc.. Also has LATS bus which is great. Apartments are decent sized and most have fairly new appliances due to mold problems. Located under a mile from Oatka Creek and after heavy rains or snow melts we have had road flooding/closures and mold issues in some apartments.... Some major, some minor, some not. I suggest you talk to people and ask questions to tenants about the available apartment before you sign a lease. Once signed, owners will not care much.

A train track is behind the apartments and you will hear the noise but they're not lengthy trains and not frequent. Typical apartments with gossipy types in excess if that's your thing.
