Do not move in!
Hot water is rusty and its color is reddish. After taking a shower, skin is itching. Anyone with a kid, don't move in this property.
When windows are open, unpleasant smell from sewer comes into apartments. Nasty smell from sewer is always lingering in this property. Ammonia smell keeps coming into apartments. Hard to breathe!
Centipedes and mice are everywhere! Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, everywhere! Centipedes are found dead inside washers in the laundry room.
