The place needs some work neighbors are wonderful. Management in itself needs some serious work. The owner is very pompous and rude. Born with a silver spoon and acts so. Washers and dryers appear to be from the 70s. Prices going up but nothing being done to improve the site

Besides the owner, Matt, being the rudest most unprofessional arrogant person in the rental business I've ever had the displeasure of not being able to actually work with... the apartments are cute but desperately need updating to windows (it rains in your room),safety (balcony railings are severely loose and in dilapidated repair with peeling paint and rotted wood), and a laundry room from the 70's that doesn't work and each individual machine is a different price from another based) and... actually caught fire and smoked out the building because the dryer doesn't dry properly and ducts aren't kept clean. He has friends in the codes department that's the only way this place still operates. They won't even respond to a complaint or investigate. Matt wants to collect rent and tents to keep there mouths shut. Maintenance takes weeks to show up even if you repeatedly call. Then when they do they say this is the first time they "heard about it"! If you don't mind driving 40 minutes round trip to downtown to pay cash in rent, or risk mailing a check that will be kept in limbo until he feels like cashing it then this place is for you! 6 weeks was the longest and he told me to mind my business when I simply checked in about it!
