My fiancé and I have lived at Shoregate for two years now, and we absolutely love it! Not only do we enjoy our small apartment community, but we’ve also grown to love the town of Bay Shore and everything it has to offer.

When searching for an apartment, our top priorities were finding a place that was pet-friendly, had a gym, and included an in-unit washer and dryer. Shoregate checked all those boxes and much more. Our apartment was brand new when we moved in and has a luxurious feel that we... still appreciate today.

Some of our favorite amenities are the gym, pool, pickleball court, and outdoor grills. While we would always love to pay less in rent, Shoregate is comparable in price to other luxury apartment communities on Long Island and offers great value for what you receive.
