Incorrect Charges and No Follow Up

They have been charging everyone, even if they have renters insurance, a damage waiver every month. They have failed to address this, and constantly just give everyone the run around saying they have a super long list of people who have complained. There has still yet to be any formal communication from the property manager, and we all just have to not pay the $15 or try to get a refund which they are failing to give even after months of asking. Unprofessional.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I lived here for almost 3 years. There was a constant issue of garbage and dog poop all over the property and if you told management they did nothing about it. Some times you would even find poop in the hallways from peoples dogs. The fire alarm goes off multiple times a day all hours of the day. To top it off there are NO cameras in the parking lots, only in the entrances. College kids vandalize your cars and the management could care less. They do not screen pets so there are aggressive dogs… living here. Again all brought to management, and nothing was resolved. They throttle the hot water in the summer months to save money and lie to you about it. We were promised a pool and a dog wash when moving in and that college kids were only there one more semester (2 years ago) and they are still there. Overall would not recommend.

Great Experience

I have had an awesome experience with The Brock so far! A lot of the negative reviews come from when The Brock was under the previous management. Laundry is now free, the internet is upgraded, and the furniture has been replaced. The new front office is great and I have been recommending that my friends move here from on campus since there is a lot more freedom and the pricing is much more affordable with more amenities.

Amazing place to live!

The Brock is a great place to live! Hands down the best apartment I have ever had! I love that it is all inclusive. The staff is so nice and attentive!

Very nice apartments!

The College Suites are a great place to live! With all of the utilities and apartments furnished, it makes life much easier! It is a short drive from the campus and village, which is very convenient~ Highly recommend!
