Good quality of life!

The building recently changed owners & this was for the better. Some of the initial steps taken were the fixing the roofs, installation of roof/stair cameras and performing proper general maintenance on the boiler. Heat in the building has improved greatly as compared to the previous owner. The new owner will actually spend $ to repair, replace & clean the building & available apartments. This landlord owns the neighboring building as well as the large bldg directly across the street. Super... doesn't speak good English but has been a tremendous help and improvement compared to the previous. Rodents/water bugs are a continuing problem. The D train is a block away with the 4 train close by.
