Pre-War
This apartment is in a decent area across the street from one of the best fast food restaurants, BBQ's. It's 1 block away from the Metro North and the #1,4 and A train. Also, you can literally walk the bridge to Manhattan near Inwood. The building is an old pre-war with sunken living rooms in some apartments, like mine. They also have the largest eat in kitchens. Their maintenance staff is always so pleasant and helpful. I also have great neighbors. Lastly, the most important thing is that I... feel safe here.
