Everyday there's construction work on these apartments. Constant noise. Heating system is terrible. DONT MOVE HERE

Hi Tiel, While we certainly do not want to inconvenience our residents, we are committed to maintaining the property at a high standard, which means that we often need to make necessary building repairs to keep our residents safe. We also notify our… residents on a weekly basis of any construction noise you may hear during the day. If you have not been receiving these e-mail notices, please contact the maintenance office and we can make sure you receive these.

ITS A STUDIO THAT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK KITCHEN NEEDS TO BE REDONE BATHROOM TOILETS NEEDS TOBE REPLACE THE STUDIO ITSELF NEEDS A LOT OF REPAIRS CLOSETS I NEEDS A COUPLE MORE CLOSETS JUST TO PUT MY STUFF AWAY.
