The Shakespeare Apartments

My apartment is in a building that mostly contains working class families. We have a gym, a children's center, and a computer room. The building is well tended and clean. My apartment is a one bedroom with a huge terrace that runs the length of the apartment. It has hardwood floors and modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. It is an open floor plan with an island separating the kitchen and living room. The management company takes well enough care of the apartments and they... respond relatively quickly to calls for repairs. Because of my terrace, I can entertain lots of people at once and I often have big parties. I know all my neighbors by name and we have created a tenants association that meets regularly to discuss any issues in the building.
