Rat infested
Under the Marine Equities management , this pre war building has fallen on very hard times. In the past ten years, the building has been run into the ground by an unresponsive , unprofessional building staff. There is currently a two year old building wide service reduction order against the owner for failing to maintain essential services. Lights do not come on at night. The Department of Housing and Community Renewal has cited the building for failing to keep the building clean. Tenants... come home to rats, not mice in their apartments due to the staffs inability to collect and store garbage. The basement has waterbugs, flies and rat feces. The elevators frequently break down. The common areas have not been painted in years.
