RENTERS BEWARE

There are numerous problems with this property. The water pipes are old and filthy, to the point of brown water and clogged fixtures. The superintendent is either over extended or doesn't care. Noise is a constant issue - tenants blasting music and shouting from within the building and the adjacent building. A drug dealer lives on the top floor of this building. He leaves trash in the hallway. Teens smoke marijuana in the hallway. You will get no relief from Pinnacle, one of the most... notorious landlords in the city.
