I had an overall pleasant experiences renting with Builders Leasing/Kings & Queens Apartments. The leasing professionals, specifically Jesse, were responsive and respectful during the entire process. The building and unit was pristine and neighborhood is very safe. Overall, leasing with this company is great. My only complaint is some of the lights didn't work when I moved in.
