The apartment is delivered furnished?You may bring things of your own, but the owner asks that it be of equal or greater aesthetic value and you must replace any furniture you dispose of. You can store the owners furniture somewhere off site (there is no storage available) or you can dispose of it, but then you must leave your furniture in the space when you move out. I'm being extremely clear in the description.

6 month stays can work, but ideally long term stays for 1 year or more are ideal
