66 Rockwell Place

I have been at 66 Rockwell for almost 2 years now. Let me just say, that this is a great place to be. The central location is important for this building. It is closer than many of the other luxury towers to the LIRR, 2,3,4,5,6,Q,C,G etc lines. Almost every subway is less than 0.2mile. You are in walking distance to Park Slope and a 15 minute train ride away from Lower Manhattan. I don't think you could ask for much more in that regard. Additionally, the staff has always been quite helpful and... courteous here. They make you feel at home. I live in a studio and it is ample enough space for 1. The interior design of the apartments are luxurious and modern. If you are looking to live in Brooklyn and want to be close to EVERYTHING, then this is the place to be. Every direction you turn you are in a major neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, and sports games (barclays center is viewable from my window). I've lived at 66 Rockwell for almost 2 years and it's been excellent. The building is super sweet with sick amenities (retro arcade, anyone?). The location is super duper convenient...basically every subway in the city stops within 3 blocks of the buildings. Plus the LIRR. Movies and shows at BAM, amazing restaurants on Dekalb and Fulton. Friendly neighbors. The staff is on the ball. No complaints - rare for New York!

I absolutely love living here. I highly recommend it. The building just opened the rooftop lounge which is stunning. The fireplace and the views are just incredible. We love to have drinks with friends up there. The other amenities in the building are great. I take the yoga class and love it. The game room is another place we hang out with friends. The Doormen are very friendly and on point. The management staff in the management office are all very friendly. The building is very well maintained... and any issue is handled immediately. 66 Rockwell is the kind of apartment you show your friends around to make them jealous. Onsite amenities include a 42nd floor skylounge, zen garden, gym, game room, and lounge. The apartments themselves are large, competitively priced and well appointed. Management is easy to contact and resolved any issues as soon as they came up. Building staff is amazing, as helpful as could be!
