It’s always been a great experience. When I need repairs the calls are sprays answered right away. I’ve been here 8 yrs. I’m still amazed and very happy that the quality of my living is important.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the building is kept very clean. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes it feel welcoming. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient — everything I need is just steps away.

7 Dekalb -Avanath I have been a resident here for the last 8 years, from the concierge to the leading office everyone has always been very helpful and courteous. I have always been able to resolve any issues I have had. I love living at 7 Dekalb Avanath. Have recommended to several businesses and friends looking for an affordable luxury building.
