Ever since I walked into 535 Carlton, the Front Desk were such friendly people, and even all the tenants are friendly to each other. Everyone is just so pleasant and kind and polite to each other. It’s a little utopia in a big city, and it’s a really nice place to live, with really good people all around you. From the management, to the staff, to the tenants. Everyone is just so pleasant and friendly. It’s safe and quiet. Most people are considerate of each other. It’s the nicest large... building I’ve ever lived in. When it comes to repairs, there are few and far between and when a repair is needed, it is taken care of the day of or the day after it’s very very fast. Theses people are the best and always there when you need them I give them a 10 out of 10

The maintenance staff always take care of any issues I may have. Overall, everything is fine now other than the roach issue, however, I’m sleeping much better than before since the other previous noise issue I had.

They are Excellent workers they’re well manners and helpful and clean and respectful and trustworthy.I give them a 10 out of 10

Apartments are nice, staff is lovely. But they are constantly over stretched and under staffed. The building management does not have any urgency to tend to the health and safety of residents without months of pressure from many residents. Feels like since we have a good deal on rent, the management (both local and regional) do not care about tending to any issues with expediency. Dangerous tenants and their highly aggressive dogs that regularly defecate in hallways are not addressed in any... meaningful way for a year. Read More
