Ever since I walked into 535 Carlton, the Front Desk were such friendly people, and even all the tenants are friendly to each other. Everyone is just so pleasant and kind and polite to each other. It’s a little utopia in a big city, and it’s a really nice place to live, with really good people all around you. From the management, to the staff, to the tenants. Everyone is just so pleasant and friendly. It’s safe and quiet. Most people are considerate of each other. It’s the nicest large... building I’ve ever lived in. When it comes to repairs, there are few and far between and when a repair is needed, it is taken care of the day of or the day after it’s very very fast. But what I like most about this building is the fact that everyone is so friendly and so pleasant and kind.
