subletting a studio for 1100-going up to 1350 in two months

I don't know if I can stay because of the rent hike. I am subletting. There was a leak, which was fixed quickly. The fridge was broken, which has taken 2 weeks to fix, and I found a cockroach and am incredibly clean! The super is amazing, the management company is not. At all. Everyone who I come in contact with here is nice, however, people smoke in the stairwell and lobby, which is disgusting. Overall, not the best experience, especially for 1350/month. It's actually quite obnoxious.
