Find another location

I have been in the apartment for only three months and there is a long list of problems, but the icing on the cake is no heat in my apartment. Currently working with the city as the management refuses to acknowledge my concerns and won't even check and feel my ice cold radiators. If you can find some place else then please do so cause for winter months you are going to freeze. The response I got from cold radiators by the admin Sarah is that "it's New York". So yeah find some place where they... will at leas care about your concerns.
