I have lived in my unit for the past two years, and just resigned my lease for an additional 2 more years! I have a spacious 2Bed 2Bath unit with Stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer in my unit! Im most in love with my mahogany hard wood floors and the walk-in closet in my master bedroom. I had the Container Store come in and build out my walk-in and after two years I truly feel like Ive created a home for my family in this building. The tenants here,have banned together and created... an awesome tenant associations which allow us to voice concerns about management and other issues within the building. In the heart of Bed Stuy this building is a great family style building that houses families and young professionals with amazing doormen and 24 hour security!

Our gym is always clean- huge outdoor space and a community center! This building is also a block away from the train and local markets as well! A little expensive but totally worth all the money, clean, spacious units with awesome neighbors! Read More
