2000 Delaware Apartments

Up unti Sinatra took over everything was fine. Now things are horrible ...when it snows they rarely have it shoveled or even salted Even when the road is super icy they don’t even salt it .I have seen so many people slip and fall just this month alone. There’s rarely anyone in the office and it’s impossible to catch someone.The laundry machines are always broken and they never even bother to put signs up to warn prople. And when tenants put them up they tear them down.Windows are pretty bad here... , they all have drafts and all the tenants complain how cold it is in the winters since Sinatra controls the heat on all the units.Basically this place has become a dump ...the management doesn’t care about anything they got rid of all the maintenance guys and If something is broken it will take a long time before it gets repaired def don’t recommend this place!!!! Hello, I have lived in the 2000 Delaware Apartments for about 2 years. Once Sinatra & Company began managing the apartment complex, things turned sour. We were never officially notified of new ownership, late fees increased astronomically without warning (illegal), laundry Facility is a rip off I place the "out of order" sign and its removed the next day still broken, I was notified (1.5 months) late of a money order they claim to never received, I deposited it in the office mailbox and thank... God I kept the receipt leaving me to double pay rent twice. All my bills were turned off cable, internet, cell phone, and car insurance. I don't know what to do. This complex is located literally just steps from the beautiful Delaware Park. The apartments are 1-2 bedrooms. So much closet space, dish washer, and coin op washing machines & dryers in the basement. Great maintenance, indoor mail delivery, hard wood floors in living and bedrms, ceramic tile in kitchen/bath. Did I mention the proximity to the park!? I love my apartment!
