We are located in the historic Delaware district, known for historic mansions and boulevards, minutes form Delaware Park, The Buffalo Zoo, and the Albright Knox Gallery. We are also close to Buffalo State College, Canisus college, and University of Buffalo. We are minutes from public transportation and the Main Street subway. Poorly Managed

I was happy to live here for almost 2 years. After the first, they raised my rent $50, and now I have to leave because they’re raising it another $125. Ive had 4 different property managers in my time here. Our front door won’t lock automatically anymore and there’s a man repeatedly lurking in the building to steal packages, sometimes even getting in our basement or waiting out in the yard. I have bugged them to get the door fixed and nothing for weeks. Not safe for a girl living alone anymore!... Which is unfortunate because I like my apartment.

Awesome Building - Quiet Street

I got real lucky here. When I moved up from Memphis in May of 2020 I didn't really know Buffalo and picked this building after researching the area. I didn't know what to expect but the landlord was real helpful with the touring and I liked the size and layout of my apartment. When I moved up, I knew it was the right one. I have worked as a handyman and know good maintenance when I see it. THe building is quiet and I think I picked the best street in Buffalo. My property manager has always been... so helpful and even when I locked myself out, she helped me get back in right away. 10/10

I moved into the building a couple months ago and the apartment is very spacious and nice.
The best part for an out of state person is the location, its quite pretty and the street has gorgeously maintained Victorian homes.
The building is located close to a lot of restaurants and grocers.
They allowed me to move in earlier which made the move much easier and less stressful.

They’ve really turned things around

I have lived here since 2014 and since the new landlord took over in 2018, it has been nothing but improvement. Maintenance and cleanliness are perfect. I wish rents weren’t so expensive in the area

I moved in a couple months ago and the apartment is very spacious and very nice. Neighbours are very sweet.
The best part for an out of state person is the location, very pretty area and street has beautifully maintained Victorian homes.
The place is close to restaurants and grocer's.
They allowed me to move into the apartment a few days earlier which made my move much easier and less stressfull.
