Dirty apartments
They have mice running around apartments and buildings, they don’t fix anything in your apartment you will be waiting months to get things fixed, can’t control your own heat so they heat is always blasted, the apartments are old have bugs everywhere, all they care about is collecting rent money!!! Don’t waste your time or money go find a home that’s nice & a landlord that cares.

Buffalo's best kept secret!
This 5 floor building with 20 apartments is located in the theater dictrict, and one block away from the nightclub and restaurant strip. From Starbucks to five star dinning and everything in between is within a few minutes walk. Located on a major bus and bike route these all inclusive studio,1 & 2 bedroom apt's with lease starting at $625.00/mo are great for any students, medical and legal professionals in downtown Buffalo. Beautiful views, dishwasher, radiator heating and an original Niagara... elevator service all 5 floors and the laundry room. I love it, and you will too.
