About 49 Johnson Park

These suites are located in a beautiful historic building that has been renovated, and is situated in gorgeous storied Johnson Park ; being the first actual neighborhood built in the city and thereby having a European design park centered in the middle. We are located just north of of downtown center, minutes from iconic Art Deco City hall, Chippewa/ Elmwood, Main St and every major hotel in the city. We have both dining and shopping options the minute you exit the building. . The location provides streetcar/subway transit close by , that can whisk you to the Medical Campus, Delaware park or the university of Buffalo or you can just walk to Shea's live theatres and innumerable other live theatre , as well as , AMC cinemas just east on Main st or walk down to Canal side, Pegulaville, HSBC arena and the scenic waterfront. The dining and other venues options extend throughout the entire local and all , literally walking distance from your door.

    Downtown Living

Johnson Park is in a great location, only a few minute walk to dozens of bars and restaurants in downtown Buffalo, and only a short drive to the harbor as well. Many festivals and events happen constantly in the area, so it's a great atmosphere. I love the building itself, all brick with large bay windows in the front, giving it a historic Buffalo feel. The staff are very helpful, and most apartments have been updated, so you can have an old rustic building without an old interior! Also there's a small park across the street (it's hard to find trees downtown, and in front of my window there's about 20 of them!) Overall, love the place, would recommend to anyone looking for simple city living.
