just moved in as well

Dealt with Lori, who showed me the apartment, she was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my visiting times as I am new to the city and became somewhat confused where i was going , and arrived late. Lori, enthusiastically showed the apartment and all of its remodels and extra's and then went on about the location ,the shopping, the park (huge park near the building), restaurants, and great schools, and then she actually drove me around showing me the area's attributes,… before bringing me back to meet the superintendent James.

It was a fun 30 minutes, and nice to meet such an upbeat and engaging person, the apartment was perfect and assume just finished; as there were a few covers yet to be installed but Lori assured me they would be on in minutes. Nevertheless, I rented, moved in and am quite happy and content, it is a beautiful apartment, superb neighbours and I adore the location. I especially love walking (and exploring Cities) and being so close to Deleware Park and all the shopping the streets. A big Hello to Lori, I hope she sees this!!!!!!

The other comment listed here was likely written by a company employee. Overpriced property and this company is full of empty promises. For the price you can find a much better rental apartment elsewhere. Don’t expect issues to be addressed by the inept property manager with these “new” apartments.

We are very sorry to hear that this is how you feel. To start, we would like to say that our company does not post comments pretending to be a resident. Unfortunately during the move in period for some of our first residents, work… to the building was still being completed. This included new paving and final work on our new laundry rooms. This did cause some inconvenience to our residents and we have done our best to address these concerns. I would encourage you to speak with the office as we are in business and ensuring residents needs and concerns of properly looked after.

this property is fabulous everything has been done over beautiful kitchen and bathroom but most important the staff is great really stress free move in. i am new to buffalo they made the transition really smooth.
