    Sinatra very unproffesional

Up unti Sinatra took over everything was fine. Now things are horrible ...when it snows they rarely have it shoveled or even salted Even when the road is super icy they don’t even salt it .I have seen so many people slip and fall just this month alone. There’s rarely anyone in the office and it’s impossible to catch someone. The laundry machines are always broken and they never even bother to put signs up to warn prople. And when tenants put them up they tear them down.Windows are pretty bad here , they all have drafts and all the tenants complain how cold it is in the winters since Sinatra controls the heat on all the units.Basically this place has become a dump ...the management doesn’t care about anything they got rid of all the maintenance guys and If something is broken it will take a long time before it gets repaired def don’t recommend this place!!!!
