Horrible
The parking is horrible, they don't do their job, its hard to get in contact with them and maintenance, the basement keep flooding and kitchen sink constantly stops up, they have a bad infestation of cockroaches real bad, and the walls upstairs drips from condensation gotta have hallway window up to make it stop from causing mold. I will never live in another BMHA apartment

Review
Myself and son have lived in my apartment for 5.5 yrs. I appreciate our maintenance dept., whenever I need something checked or fixed I call in a work order and they come asap. Maintenance also does the landscaping, which helps me tremendeously.
