DO NOT RENT

NO HEAT. Basement flood. No Landry hookups. STAFF disrespectful. Increase rent every year. Don't renew leases if you" ask for too much " is what they said. Roofs are bad. My friend's roof came in on her—charge for garbage removal. DONT DO IT
