The Belmont at Eastview

Am a first year renter, coming from another amenity filled property. This newer complex is perfect for anyone seeking peace and true sense of quiet, privacy and safety. The apartments are nearly soundproof (6+" of cement in ceiling/floors), creating a quiet sanctuary that feels more like a private residence than a traditional apt. Ive not heard noise via walls yet. Kudos to Management for creating a cohesive community with smart placement and being so present here.
The value is exceptional; sure... the rent sits at a different price point than any local alternatives, but electric is the only cost. High speed wifi (runs about 511 upload/download), trash, water and full access to extensive amenities are included in the price, balancing things out. Firepits, BBQ areas near several buildings, pool has 100 lounge chairs, basketball, pickball, yoga, garden boxes, bike racks, huge walking path, kids play areas, etc etc.
The complex is a massive park like setting, fully fenced, 24hr security adds to the sense of community and mutual respect here; neighbors hold doors and uniquely have parking lot manners and shows how awesome it is to live here. All the staff have been very professional and attentive. I really enjoyed the walking paths and the well manicured landscape. I like that the architecture has been maintained and is not a cookie cutter development. If my situation was different, I would love to stay longer but it can be tough economically.
I also like that the Internet is included because it takes the stress out.
I like seeing the pets and it's very nice how they even have a pet grooming room.

This is a community to fall in love with, from the beginning the leasing office is staffed with true professionals making you feel welcome .. They have something for everyone from studios to 2 bedrooms that are beautiful and new. The complex is also very dog friendly with plenty of trails and dog runs to enjoy. I moved here from a house and was a bit nervous on what to expect but the vibe of the Belmont will not disappoint. Everyone has been very friendly. We moved in about 3 months ago and are loving it here. The Leasing & Maintenance staff are very friendly and have always answered all our questions/requests. The pool and clubhouse are so beautiful as are the grounds. We walk every night throughout the development and love seeing all the dogs here. They even do a farmers market every other Wednesday.

The quality of life here is not worth the rent. The walls are PAPER thin, there are bugs, and the security is fake. Additionally, they’ve installed the least economic HVAC systems so you’ll pay an additional $100 a month to heat / cool your tiny apartment. Also, don’t be fooled by the pictures online because the place is an eye sore.

In my most honest opinion, this is a horrible and cheap development.
