Quality Place to Live

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here while working in Corning. It felt so much like home! The grounds are always quiet and well kept, the landlord is always present and helpful, and the maintenance crew does an outstanding job! The other residents living here are a great community. It’s in a fantastic location within town! I’d live here again! Heat is not an issue as listed below. The place also comes with AC in the summer. It’s a little pricey when living alone, but you get quality from... what you’re paying. Plus, it’s NY! Everything is more pricey! I 100% recommend!!!

This is a pathetic place to live with family

The maintenance is very poor.Hot water supply goes out very frequently and is not restored for days.Heating is also very poor.

I loved it here!

I have loved living at Apple Creek for the last two year. I am saddened that Corning is transferring me out of state or I would have stayed. I love how close this place is to Market St. and the park. Maintenance has been great and the few request I have made have been done in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and snow has always been plowed from the parking lots and sidewalks. I have no real complaints. The office staff have always made me feel like I was at home.
