What happened to old management??

My family moved here last spring (2021) and the process was easy and there were no issues whatsoever. Overall we have enjoyed our time here, without any major issues. However, over the past year, I believe the place has come under new management because last year having air conditioning units in our bedrooms was not an issue, but (apparently) this year it is. We are all EXTREMELY frustrated with this decision. The apartment did install an air conditioning unit in the living room but this does… ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to our bedrooms so we are at the complete mercy of upstate weather. We are lucky that we haven't had a day yet that is over 85 degrees. So unless you like sleeping with your door/windows wide open 24/7 Id recommend other places.
