Great for the new renter!
After living here for a year, I have to say that overall it was a great experience. Not only was the apartment a functional layout and exactly what I was looking for but, it was stocked with updated appliances, new cabinets and new carpet on move in.
I think that the rent was very reasonable, especially considering the location, and as a nice bonus it includes basic cable and internet from TWC. The reviews I read when I was looking to move in complained about noise and "reckless" kids but... this is certainly not the case, I'm a light sleeper and I heard nothing day or night.
The maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues and does a good job clearing snow in the winter time. When I first moved in the outside sign was poorly lit, I made a single comment to the manager and within a week it was the brightest thing on the street.
If your looking for a small/medium sized well kept apartment at a reasonable rate look no farther!
