Briarcliff Apartments

I have been reading the reviews and had to add mine.In regards to the staff, I too was looking for an apartment last summer (July 2023)and when I called the woman I spoke with was very rude. I asked if there were age restrictions etc and she spoke to me as if I did something wrong. After that experience, I do not want to live there anyway. Many other apartments. Many other places. My husband and I just moved out of these apartments. Diane in the office is the most terrible, rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the misfortune to have to talk to. I am not sure why she is still employed there. I can only imagine her upper management does not care in the least since many have complained about her. After giving her a our new mailbox address she proceeded to badger my husband as to where we were going to be living next refusing to use the address we gave her and being… extremely rude to him. We told her that is the only address to give for our new arrangements and we can only hope we receive our mail and security deposit. I have never lived here but while i was searching for apartments I was interested in briarcliff, when I spoke with the property manager to gather information she was incredibly rude. Constantly interrupting me and for some reason was skeptical if i was actually interested. She kept asking if i was there just to take a survey... very strange. She was aggravated and annoyed that I was even talking to her. Definitely dodged a bullet.

I have lived here for over 6 years, and the staff here is outstanding. They are always polite and very accommodating. I feel safe and most of all they allow pets. Thank you to the Briacliff Team!! Keep up the great work!!
