If you choose to bring a pet there is a non-refundable Pet Charge of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet charge is $30/month for 1st pet and $25/month for each additional. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet charge. We do have weight limits for certain apartments and some breed restrictions. Dog breeds known for aggression are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Pit-Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, American Bulldogs, Hybrid Wolves or other dog breeds known for their aggression. No mixes of these breeds will be allowed. If you have any questions we encourage you to call our office. *All fees subject to change

Great service!
This is our 4th year living at Autumn Creek Apartments. Maintenance is great. Alan and Angel are always prompt and responsive to any of our service requests. They are friendly and dependable.

Poor Management
These apartments are beautiful, however, the people managing them are utterly incompetent and inconsiderate. The management especially does not care when you are to leave or have left the apartments. In my case, they used to call me on my cell number whenever they needed me to move the car out of the parking area during the snow patrol but they never cared to reach out to me once I left. They posted the dues on the online portal without notifying me. I never received the notice and they handed... over the case to the debt collection agency. Unaware of these events, I checked back with the apartments, asked them to figure out the mode of payment and paid it proactively. I received a call from the debt collecting agency, even after the payment. I was surprised that Autumn Creek did such a thing and did not even care to reach out to the ex-tenant before taking such a step. It affected my credit score at the time when I wanted it in the best of its shape. I called the office and there is no apology of any kind. I am disappointed with them but I am glad I don't live in these apartments.

We are sorry that you feel you did not have a good experience with us. We do our best to keep communication open with our residents, both past and present. We sent you an itemized accounting of any open balance on your account within 2 weeks of... your move-out date, to the address you provided. Reading your review, it is clear that you are under the impression that your account was turned over to a collections company and that your balance was reported to a credit agency. Neither is true; we work with a company Resident Advocate (RA) that contacts anyone with an open balance on their account when they vacate. RA contacts past residents to work with them to make payment, or set up a payment plan to avoid the account going to collections. Your account was paid in full and never reported to any credit agency, therefore your account did not have any effect on your credit score. Please feel free to reach out to the office if you have any concerns. It is important to us that all our residents, past and present, are happy they made the choice to live in our community.

Great experience
Recently moved into this complex, and the apartment is excellent. The office staff has bent over backward to ensure our move in went smoothly and have worked with us to make some upgrades. My experience is that the staff has been knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and easy to work with.
