Great place to live.

She have lived here for 3 years. Our apartment is just right for us. It is clean and quiet, with considerate and friendly neighbors. I really enjoy the gas range, in-unit laundry hookup, and attached single-car garage.

We have a '"2-bedroom" apartment, but the second "bedroom" has no closet, so I would call it a 1-bedroom with a den or small dining room .The main bedroom accommodates our king-sized bed and has a walk-in closet and an alcove we use for two clothes bureaus.

When we have… called maintenance for a shower faucet issue and a dishwasher issue, the problems were fixed within 2 hours. Maintenance personnel are competent, friendly, and respectful.

Roz, who manages the property, is a gem.

Hidden Gem

I have never lived in a more beautiful apartment in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. And yet it's close to any business you could possibly need.
When I moved in, it was exceptionally clean and any minor repairs needed were quickly and professionally taken care of.
The staff here is marvelous! Roz, the Community Manager, couldn't be kinder or more helpful and Wayne and Mike, the maintenance crew, do a remarkable job.
I'm so glad I found this hidden gem!

Best apartments ever..Stongate of Clarence

We have been here about 3 years and love it..we had a house we owned and 3 kids my husband worked ad I stayed home with the kids, we sent them to cathlice school my husband lost his job an bills piled up we tried getting help with our mortage and had no luck, we had t file bankruptcy and lost our house.We found this apartment it has private entrance and attached garage, the yards is beautiful and there is a ool for our use just down the road, it is a little high in rent but we love it here and… my husband and I work, our children are grown now and on their own. We feel like our apartment is our home it is absoluty beautiful inside..we are getting close to retirement and are afraid we cannot afford it then...
