Misleading
I was very disappointed on my tour of apartments at Nob Hill. The listing advertises a very reasonable price. However, when we arrived we were told about all of the ADDITIONAL fees (water, coned/heat, pet fee, pet rent, community fee, parking fee). I understand some of the fees but I think its ridiculous to pay $40/month for water when water bills for an ENTIRE HOME averages that price or even less. Both units we toured (1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) had issues. The 1 bedroom had broken closets,... a wobbly refrigerator, and a washer/dryer unit that didn't work. The 2 bedroom had missing floor tile. We were told that these issues would be fixed before moving in but why not fix these things before showing the apartments? Parking seemed sketchy-its underground and open. My friend lived here about 20+ years ago so I thought it would be similar to back then. But it has totally went down. Save yourself the headache and don't even bother.
