Allan Court Townhouses

These townhouses are not kept up on the exterior; the parking lot is dirt with scattered lumps of pavement; the sidewalks are uneven and broken. It appears in this ad that they pay for heat and gas...this is not true. They do pay for sewer and water. The interiors are okay if you're lucky enough to get a recently refurbished unit. Otherwise, they are painted over rough moldings and other wood trims without benefit of first cleaning. Some of the more southern units are prone to flooding in... the basement with heavy rain. The porches are pealing paint, rotting roofs and eaves. There is very little (if any) insulation so the units are drafty and hard to keep warm. The kitchen is barely large enough to turn around in and the stove is immediately across from the fridge leaving no room to open the fridge door all the way.
